The owner and spoodles, Maisie and Marlie, occupy the top level of this home and is on hand to provide you with a lifetime of local knowledge if you so require it!!

Excellent location just minutes from the freeway exit at Mc Crae and Rosebud. Situated in a quiet court on the side of Artuhurs Seat. Walk to the local shops,waterfall or the summit of Arthurs Seat!!! Take the back roads to the wineries or Hot Springs... just ten minutes away!!! Grab a bike and explore the peninsula via foreshore bike tracks. It's a three minute drive to central Rosebud where local cafes and restaurants abound.Or enjoy the glorious beaches of McCrae.Go for a bush walk about Mornington's National Parks, or simply laze in a deckchair and enjoy the views!!
