Holiday house

Located 350m from the beautiful Rosebud Foreshore, a calm safe beach for children. 10 minutes drive to Rye Back Beach. 1km from Rosebud Plaza shopping centre. Centrally located for everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer, wineries, beaches, golf, cafes, Arthurs seat Maze, peninsula hotsprings, historic Portsea and Sorrento.

JK Family Beach house is ideal for families. There are 3 BEDROOMS AND IT SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE. 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds (one has a cot also). The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds.

The new kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher. Open plan living area with lounge, dining and kitchen. Outdooor setting and gas BBQ for enjoying the warm summer evenings.

There is off-street parking and a secure backyard for the kids to play, trampoline included. Your family pet is welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM 7 DAY STAY FROM APRIL TO JULY 2012.

5 minute walk to Beach, 15 minute walk to Rosebud Plaza shopping centre (Coles, Safeway, Kmart, Target, cafes and specialty shops). 200m to Rosebud Hospital (with 24hr emergency service).
Minimum 3 night stay over long weekends.
