Holiday house

Situated approximately 500m from the family friendly bay beach and 800m to Mcrae shopping centre. Also, located within a 10km drive, are adult attractions like luxurious day spas, lavish wineries, world class golf courses, galleries and family attractions like ten pin bowling, mini-golf, the local cinema, the Strawberry and Cherry Farms and famous hedge mazes

This family getaway is a newly furnished house with 3 bedrooms, a kitchenmeals area, and separate lounge with TV and DVD, and two bathrooms.

Three bedrooms, sleeping 8, (1xQ, 1xQ + 2xS with ensuite, 2xS)

Central bathroom with shower and separate bath

Separate family room area for the kids at the back of the house

There is a full sized oven and gas stove, a microwave and the cupboards are fully stocked with new crockery, glassware, saucepans etc.

In the rear courtyard is a BBQ with a paved area for kids to play. The property is fully fenced.

Other features include comfortable, clean furniture, all the mod cons, like TV, DVD player, CD player, air conditioning, gas heating, washing machine & dryer
