Casylvilla is a single separate villa unit with it's own separate entrance and off-street parking.It has it's own patio, table setting, BBQ and jacuzzi in a gazebo in garden setting.As there is always just ONE group of guests - ALL these facilities are for your exclusive use.
The villa itself offers a bedroom with queen bed, fan, en-suite with shower.
The light-filled living room offers a gas log fire, reverse air conditioner, delightful kitchenette, flat screen T.V. with DVD player - and a comfortable double sofa bed which can extend sleeping accommodation to four.
At Casylvilla you are close to all the Peninsula has to offer - all within 20 minutes are Portsea, Sorrento, Flinders, Red Hill and Mornington.
The 36 hole Rosebud Golf Course is adjacent, and withi 10 minutes are The National, Moonah Links, Eagle Ridge and The Dunes.
For the non-golfers - Peninsula Hot Springs, Wineries, bay and ocean beaches.
Your host Roger Ankers is a keen golfer who can assist with bookings for nearby courses.
