800m from newly upgraded Rosebud Plaza, restaurants, beach and new skate ramp.

Features 9 beds including (2xQ, 1xD, 6xS), and 1 additional sofa bed and clickclack couch converts to 1 single.
Keyless entry.

Theatre room with 50inch TV, DBlue ray player. This room doubles as a bedroom with a double futon sofa bed.

Downstairs features a large games room, complete with table tennis table, as well as two built in single bunks and doors out to the huge, secure back yard.

The kitchen is well appointed and caters for a large number of guests, complete with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and ample cooking facilities. Indoor table seats 8 and outdoor seats large group.

Other features include 4 TV/DVD players, Ducted evaporative air con, ceiling fans, gas heating, high chair and two outdoor settings. 3 showers, 3 toilets and 1 bath. 1 washing machine and outdoor clothes line is provided.

A two car carport provides drive through access to the huge fully fenced back yard.

BYO top & bottom sheets, pillowcases and bath/beach towels.
