Holiday house

Clean & tidy home with sunroom. Lounge room with DVD player and 32" LCD TV, split system airconditioning, books and magazines to read.
Bedroom 1 also has DVD player and 32" LCD TV.
Sunroom has stereo/cd player and games and toys for the kids to play with.
Good sized, secure back yard with totem tennis and slide for the kids to play.
BBQ area and covered outdoor dining area and inground pool.

Locality

Walking distance to Rosebud shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, markets & safe swimming beach (end of street). Around the corner from the Rosebud RSL. Central to wineries, golf courses, hot springs & Mornington Peninsula attractions. 10 minute drive to back beach.
