Property

There are many things to do in the Rockingham area;

You can either walk to Penguin Island at low tide or take a short ferry ride to visit the colony and penguin nursery or picnic in the cool shade of the waterfront caves. You can also hire a boat and take a short trip to Seal Island only metres away to watch sea lion families put on a show. These islands are home to a large group of friendly pelicans.

At Old Rockingham Beach you will find a selection of cafes and restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner, many overlooking the beautiful waters.

The Shoalwater Bay Beach and surrounding areas are perfect for all water sports including swimming, fishing, crabbing, snorkelling, boating and windsurfing.

Point Peron offers great walking opportunities, and is a terrific place for dolphin spotting and snorkelling.

Nearby Safety Bay is a favourite for windsurfers, while the jetty at Palm Beach is popular for fishing and crabbing, as the water there is more than 15 metres deep.

Rockingham City Shopping Centre is open seven days a week during the holidays and offers an endless array of popular stores.
