The whole unit is tiled and tastefully decorated. A well equipped kitchen with Stove, Fridge/freezer. Microwave. Kitchen wizz. Kettle. The seperate laundry has a washing machine and is near to the cloths line. The open plan living area with a pateo off it faces east and gets the morning sun. It has 2 sofas, coffee table and a dinning table seating 6.
