This beautiful and private house boasts 5 oversize bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is perfect for all seasons holidaying in the Southern Highlands and South Coast.

The estate is set on manicured sweeping gardens covering 5 acres of lush green lawns, with captivating north easterly views to the coast.

The property can sleep up to 15 adults and offers all of the comforts of home, as well as some modern luxuries.

Featuring a fully equipped gymnasium, central heating/cooling, full sized billiards table, electronic darts board and leisure equipment, the home is perfect for families and couples alike.

The Kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, milkshake maker and many other appliances.

Outdoors, there is a 10 seater outdoor setting, a 6 burner gas BBQ, commercial coffee machine, and a large commercial bench fridge.

The laundry features a washing machine and dryer.

It will be a holiday to remember!


Pets are allowed on request, limited to the following:

1. Outdoor dogs (they have their own private outdoor sleeping room)

2. There is a 2 acre paddock suitable for horses and livestock

3. Cats are NOT allowed

4. Other pets on request

There are 5 bedrooms, however one bedroom is currently unavailable. The 4 bedrooms sleep 12 adults, with a double sofa bed and single day bed as extra bedding to accommodate 3 more people. Total 15 people.

1. The Master bedroom (second floor) features a King Size Bed with ensuite bathroom, including a large corner bath with views to the countryside and a separate shower and toilet

2. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and 1 Single Bed (second floor)

3. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, 1 Double bed and 1 Single Bed (second floor)

4. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with bath

5. The 2nd floor lounge has a day bed which pulls out to a King Size bed

6. There is a double sofa bed on the ground floor
