SUNLAND HOLIDAY VILLAGE is Australia's only ocean beach Nudist resort. Situated between the historic fishing ports of Robe and Beachport, Sunland has 150ha of beautiful wooded country and sand dunes forming the backdrop to 2 km of beach frontage with 500m of the beach having legal clothes optional status. If you are new to naturism you will quickly feel at home in these relaxing surroundings.
The grounds have sheltered and shady sites with electricity and water for caravan and camping holidays. There are fully equipped on-site caravans for hire.
Recreation facilities include spa pool and sauna, table tennis, half court tennis, darts, petanque, fishing, swimming and many interesting nature walks with magnificent views over the sea and lake.
Relax and sunbathe on the lawns or join in coffee mornings and BYO Happy Hour.

Dawn & I would like to thank you for the opportunity to stay at Sunland over the last few days. Unfortunately we weren't able to come and thank you personally as we had to leave early to make our flight. As you probably saw we both really enjoyed ourselves and the days seemed to fly by.
The one thing about your resort that will stick in my mind for a long time is the bush walks we did and a few other beach walks! To be able to do that nude is something I thought only existed overseas.
Local attractions
Situated right on the coast about 350km south of Adelaide, midway between Beachport and Robe
on the Limestone Coast.
An ideal destination for travelers of the Great Ocean Road.

Historic fishing ports of Beachport and Robe,
scenic coastal drives, Coonawarra and local
wineries, Mount Gambier Blue Lake,
Bool Lagoon wild fowl reserve,
Tantanoola and Naracoorte caves.
Property
We have many quiet and secluded campsites for your total relaxation.
Some sites are open and others are shady. Most have power and water connected.
We also have fully equipped on-site caravans for hire.
Our Clubhouse is the social hub of Sunland. This is where we get together for Morning Coffee, Happy Hour and evening gatherings.
It has full kitchen facilities, a recreation room and television lounge.
The Spa and Sauna room is a great place to relax.
Feeling lazy, just sit in the shade and read a magazine or book from the lending library, but beware! the blue wrens may come and sit on your book for a look in.
If you feel like something a bit more strenuous, get a group together and play some Miniten or Petanque.
Adjacent to the miniten court we have a playground for the kids' enjoyment.
Wander down to the beach for a swim. One of Sunland's greatest attractions is our 2 km frontage to a pristine sandy beach where you can stroll , swim or just laze in the sun. It is also a legal nude beach so you won't need your togs.
Once you've had a bracing swim, how about a leisurely walk? Sunland has a hundred and fifty hectares of beautiful sand dunes and woodland to explore and many walking trails.
