Holiday house, Self-contained apartment

17 Lakeside Terrace is a new, contempoary home located just 100m from Robe's ski lake. It is nestled behind trees to give a feeling of seclusion for your holiday.
The open plan living area looks out over gum trees to the front and a large lawned area to the back.
The main bedroom is spacious with a stylish ensuite, WIR and queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, BIR and looks out onto a landscaped garden and gum trees.
There are two sets of single bunks (sleeping 4) in the third bedroom which also has a BIR.
There is reverse cycle airconditioning in the living area and overhead fans in all bedrooms for your comfort.
A new LCD/DVD/CD in the living area covers all of your entertaining needs. Some DVD's, books and magazines are provided.
The decked area at the back is great for BBQ's (there is a gas BBQ provided) or for reading the paper in the morning sun.
The front deck is terrific for a sundowner after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave with more than just the basics in the cupboards. The laundry has a new front loading washing machine for your convenience.
Just a 1200m walk will have you in the main street and not much further onto a beach.
Babysitting and a portacot can be arranged on request.
All linen is provided.
A large gravelled area offers plenty of off street parking.
