RICHMOND VILLAGE - Walk out of your accommodation and you are walking distace to all the tourist attractions in Richmond - Historic buildings, craft shops, galleries, coffee shops & restaurants. Relax on the riverfront and walk across the Bridge built in 1823.

The Village has amongst its attractions - a lolly shop to suit everyone. Its walls are lined with jars and jars of your favorite treats.

Feel like going back in history ? - travel in a horse drawn cart pulled by draught horses along the streets of Richmond - a lovely way to see the sights.

Property

BRIDGE COTTAGE - built by convicts in 1823 is one of the first cottages to be built in Richmond and was built the same year as the Richmond Bridge. Built of convict made bricks it stands facing the Richmond Bridge.

Enter the cottage through the front gate in the picket fence and walk along the path bordered by a country garden. Walk to the front door and stand on the original stone steps of the cottage which are worn smooth with age.

Once inside the Cottage the peace of yesteryears enfolds you and you step back in time.
