Clean, 4 bedroom double storey brick house, with large balcony in Rhyll, 5 minutes drive from Cowes.
Short walk to Rhyll General Store-Post Office.
Restaurants, hotel, fish and chips, Rhyll Yacht Club, boat hiring, boat launching ramps and
trailer parking all on the foreshore just a few minutes away.
Cowes centre is 7 kms away.

Bedroom 1. Double bed, bedside tables and lamps, built-in-wardrobe, television (sorry no remote)
Bedroom 2. Two single beds, bedside table and lamp, built-in-wardrobe.
Kitchen: Equipped with dishwasher, stove and ovengrill, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster and electric jug and fridge.
Main Lounge: TV, DVD player, AC.
Dining area
Bathroom and separate toilet.
Balcony with outdoor setting.
