Holiday house


This lovely, elevated family holiday home is clean and sunny with awesome water views. It is located in the tranquil suburb of Rhyll, one of the top fishing spots on Phillip Island .Rhyll has a general store including bottle shop, a great foreshore caf, restaurants, fish chip shop and Trout Farm. Rhyll also has a boat ramp as well as Phillip Island Marine for all your boating and fishing requirements.

The house is immaculate inside with open plan living, kitchen and dining with sliding doors leading out on to the front, east facing deck which captures the morning sun. The lounge has comfortable sofas, flat screen T.V. and D.V.D with a classic wood heater and a reverse cycle split system for heating and cooling. The kitchen is spacious with electric cooking, microwave with a large 10 seater dining room table which enjoys water views.

There are floor to ceiling windows along the full length of the room taking in the views and the great deck. The deck is partially covered and has an outdoor setting and a gas B.B.Q. A great place to dine whilst watching the tide roll in and out.
All the bedrooms are upstairs with a central family bathroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with one of the bedrooms having a view of the water. Downstairs there is a second living area with a small T.V. which is set up for games and D.V.D.s only. The second shower, toilet and the laundry are also downstairs with a washing machine, iron and ironing board included.

The home is set in an established garden with a double carport under the house and plenty of room for off street boat parking.
There is a timber ramp at the rear of the property which accesses the deck on the western side of the house. Three small steps along this ramp are part of this alternate access.

This is a lovely sunny, comfortable home which is well equipped and has great views of the bay. All of Rhylls attractions, including the beach is within easy walking distance.
