Located only 5 minutes drive from Cowes, opposite Rhyll boat ramp this property is in the best spot for accessing the boat ramp, launch your boat, park the car back at the house and walk over to the ramp easy.
Rhyll is a bustling fishing town during the busy season but is a tranquil spot out of the main peak holiday times, there is a fantastic Foreshore restaurant, a Greek Bar and grill and a coffee shop as well as Phillip Island Marine for all your boating and fishing supplies, all this within walking distance.
With all the living on the ground level there is open plan living dining and kitchen that has a split system heating and cooling system.
There is a flat screen TV and Blueray DVD player (which also plays normal DVD's) and leather sofas with the living opening on to a great deck and garden area. The kitchen is modern and self contained with electric cooking a microwave and dishwasher. There are plenty of salad bowls, platters etc perfect for summer BBQ's on the deck. The dining table is a central feature of the downstairs living area. There is a gas BBQ on the deck as well as an outdoor setting.
The main queen bedroom is downstairs with an ensuite and water views. There are internal stairs leading upstairs where there is another queen bedroom with water views and a lovely balcony. The other bedroom is large and sunny with 2 Tribunks, the upstairs bathroom is located between the bedrooms and is accessed from both rooms
There is a laundry with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
This is a lovely and sunny new property with a great outdoor entertaining area in a great location perfect for your next family holiday or weekend getaway.
