The island is rich in nature with a host of birdlife and Native fauna as well as a happening local artistic local community. Family Beach Holiday House is situated on the best spot on Coochiemudlo Island Queensland and is truly located where sea meets bush. It's next to the beach and next to the Melaleuca Wetlands Forest Reserve with fascinating nature walks to enjoy the wildlife.
You can dine at the cafes or resort restaurant. There is a boat ramp only meters away from the front door. The fishing is famous. Weekend markets, tennis courts, BMX track and a golf course. Coochiemudlo Island Boat Hire, right on the beach at Coochiemudlo Island provides Canoes, Kayaks, Tinnies, Aqua Bikes and barbecue pontoons. Locality

Coochiemudlo Island is a subtropical paradise located in Moreton Bay which is just half an hour from Brisbane. Coochiemudlo Island is surrounded by fine golden sands and clear water. There is a relaxed pace on the island where you can enjoy the beach.

Property

Lots of pillows, quilts and doonas (comforters). Bring your own linen or linen can be provided for a small additional charge just to cover the cost (see below). All beds are modern and firm comfortable with mattress protectors. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a cappuccino maker.
There is a large washer and dryer, hair dryer and large BBQ with a free gas.
There are crab pots for you to use. The best crab potting spot on the island is only 50 meters away.
Free Foxtel recorded movies.
