Enjoy your seaside holiday in this charming 100 year old traditional Queenslander. The house features 3 large bedrooms with a formal dinning TV room equipt with a plasma TV and foxtel. There is no need to be out of touch as a computer and internet access is also provided. The kitchen is fully self contained with all the equiptment you require for self catering. You can choose to eat in the kitchen, the formal dinning room or have an outdoor BBQ on the balcony. The house is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Your family can really enjoy themselves with your own backyard swimming pool.

Locality

Scarborough on the Redcliffe peninsula is a recreational paradise with 22 kilometers of sandy beaches and delightful foreshore parklands. For those who enjoy walking and cycling enjoy the picturesque coastal walking/ bikepaths or if fishing is more your past time, you can fish from one of the jetties or beaches. This seaside destination offers for the adventurous the thrill of tandem paraschute jump landing on the beach, or take a joy flight over Redcliffe and Morton Bay. Some water sport activities includes swimming, canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, kite sailing, jet skiing and sailing. Day trips to Morten Island, Fishing Charters and Whale watching (June to November). Other local activities include golf or a visit to Settlement Cove's swimming lagoon and aquatic playground. Adams st is on a large 1200sq meter block, with plenty of lawn area for children to run around. The yard is fenced but not secure, no front gate. The large balcony is secure with gates at each staircase. There is an inground pool, with isolated pool fencing. Queens beach is also only meters away. Plasma TV, Foxtel, Internet and some board games are also provided. Adams st is only a short coastal walk to great children's playground equiptment.

Portacots, high chairs, strollers and convertible child car sets from new born to todders are available for hire. Subject to availability. Set rates apply.

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted outside only.
