Large 3 bedroom home situated on approximately an acre with rural and seaviews across to Phillip Island. Parrots flock to the feeder tray and are a joy to watch. Home comprises large lounge with slow combustion wood heater & reverse cycle heat/cool, kitchen with d/washer, gas hot plates & elect WO/griller, breakfast room, games room, laundry with linen cupboard & separate toilet, master bedroom with ensuite (toilet, double shower & vanity). 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have access to pool area, main bathroom with shower, vanity & toilet. Second bedroom is arranged with a double bed. Third bedroom is arranged as 2 bunk beds and a single bed.
Other features are inground 10m solar heated, salt water chlorinated swimming pool and ducted vacuum.
LocalityRed Hill abounds with wineries and a relaxed country feel all within one hour of Melbourne. Close by are the beaches of Pt Leo, Shoreham and Flinders with access to surfing and recreational swimming. The township of Red Hill is relaxed, offering restaurants and village style shopping.
