Cottage, Bed & Breakfast

Langdon's offers four queen size bedrooms, each with en-suite and their own verandah. Guests share a dining room with a massive communal table and a drawing room with open fire as well as a selection of books, magazines, games and music. The recently built conservatoy is sensational to sit in and soak up the sun or watch the stars in the evening. It is a an ideal space for intimate gatherings and for small functions.

A gourmet breakfast featuring local produce is served and tea, coffee and treats are always available.

Locality

The Mornington Peninsula offers a network of towns and villages, each with a distinctive character, from the thriving township of Mornington to the sleepy hollow of Flinders or the seaside village of Sorrento. The peninsula's coastal scenery varies enormously from the beaches of Port Phillip Bay to the surf beaches of Western Port Bay.

The southern end of the Mornington Peninsula is the cradle of European settlement in Victoria, where the region remnants of its rich history still exist, from pioneering homesteads to grand mansions. The Mornington Peninsula is one of Australia's newest and most exciting wine regions. Wherever you travel on the Peninsula you cannot fail to notice the vines of more than 150 vineyards that are an integral part of its rich scenic appeal.
