Elfin Cottage is a refurbished three bedroom home in the heart of Red Hill’s finest wineries, galleries and markets. The cottage is only 100metres from a great coffee hang-out, the Red Hill Caterers Café and the luxurious Red Hill Spa. Of course the top priority is getting to the unique Red Hill Brewery and sampling the fine ales (a couple will be in the fridge on arrival as a tempter). Features 3 Bedrooms (one with ensuite) and lounge with double sofa bed.

Features polished floorboards throughout with a pretty, furnished sun room which accesses the large rear sunny deck. Beautiful north facing sunny deck that has a BBQ and sun lounges overlooking 1/4 acre of native gardens. Spacious backyard with swing set, plenty of room for the kids to run around, or laze on the lawn under a tree and enjoy the tranquility of the pretty native gardens.
