Adjoining house, Somerset House, has 3 bedrooms, main with Queen bed and ensuite, second
bedroom with Queen and third bedroom with double bed bunk, single bed on top.
Also has second bathroom and toilet.
Spa on private deck with rural views.

2 x large kitchens with all Smeg appliances including coffee machine and ice maker fridge.
Natural stone benches throughout.


The dining room consists of large dining setting for 10 guests with floor to ceiling glass windows, exceptional bay view, hydronic wood fired heating, reverse cycle air conditioning and heating.

The basement consists of double auto door garage, home theatre/ gym , laundry with drying room and wine cellar.
