The bi-fold windows from the kitchen and family area open to give you perfect space in a garden with an outdoor dining setting and a BBQ in a well kept lawn hedged by tall trees to give complete privacy. So with the gas BBQ in position what more do you need for your Australian experience?

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals or quick snacks: A large island breakfast bar and comfortable sofa for conversation while you watch your favourite team on the Plasma TV with Foxtel installed.

The lounge is a comfort zone for all. Great sofas for you to doze on while watching your favourite TV show; Foxtel is installed on this TV also.

The main bathroom is new and fully tiled with a large shower with a removable hand nozzle shower head which is very convenient when showering children There is a bath also in this well proportioned bathroom

Re bedroom 4 There is another room on the ground floor that can be used either as a bedroom as an extra lounge or a study. It has a double sofa bed with a spring interior which is a very comfortable bed for one or two persons.

On the upper floor
There is good quality carpet in the bedrooms.
The main bedroom is a dream, spacious and light, a queen sized bed and new modern designer built-in wardrobes complement to room perfectly. There is place for everything.
On awakening in the morning open your French windows to the sun and enjoy your balcony, savour your first cup of coffee for the day, or; in the evening a cocktail after a busy day on the beach.

There is a brand new modern en-suite bathroom with a beautiful slate floor, a large shower cubicle with a 'rainfall' shower
