The house is one block from Queens Park and Centennial Park, 5 mins walk to many local shops and restaurants, 5 minutes drive to Clovelly, Coogee or Tamarama beaches and about 15 minutes to Bondi Beach or the City.
It is also very close to publc transport for frequent buses into the city, beaches or Bondi Junction.

The entry level has one bedroom, one bathroom, one large lounge and dining room adjoining a modern kitchen, a separate loungeTV room and another LoungeTV room for Games including PS3 and Wii. There is a balcony with gas BBQ on this level which overlooks the large, lush backyard.

The Upper level comprises 4 bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with a skylight for the roof of the shower.

The lower level comprises a bedroom with ensuite and fully equipped laundry. This is the same level as the backyard. There are 3 bikes which are available for use.

The 3 separate living areas, plus the backyard, mean that there is opportunity for people to be doing different things without disturbing each other.

Perfect for one or 2 families. Cycling in Centennial Park, swimming in Clovelly or shopping or watching a movie at Westfield Bondi Junction are within walking distance or a very short drive.
