Swan Bay Home is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double storey holiday house with sensational water views overlooking the Treed Reserve.

The home offers relaxing, romantic or foodie getaways for couples or groups. You’re only a short walk away from discovering the heritage pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops of the charming, historical seaside township of Queenscliff. Or simply step outside over the sand dunes to where Queenscliff’s premier safe swimming beach awaits you.

This spacious house has a fully equipped kitchen and offers three different living areas, providing plenty of opportunity to relax and unwind. One living area has a gas log fire – perfect for snuggling on those cosy winter nights – and is equipped with a TV, video/DVD player and a stereo. And on those warm summer evenings sit back and enjoy the fabulous views from the upstairs balcony.

All rooms are equipped with heaters and fans and airconditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the seasons. Also provided is your own private garden or entertaining area with outdoor BBQ for those casual easy meals and playground for the children.

Locality
Just around the corner and to the back of the property is a short path which leads to the premier swimming beach of Queenscliff.
You will sometime catch the colourful steam engine trains making their way to and from Drysdale. Ocassionaly you will also hear the blues music echoing from the entertaining legendary "Blues Train".

This new property is boundary fenced and children are secure within the boundary. It is situated on Flinders Street which runs off Bellarine Highway and is opposite the reserve and the shores of Swan Bay.

All front windows and large balcony upstairs overlook the tranquil waters of Swan Bay.

At the rear of the property, you can enjoy your own private bbq and alfresco dining area whilst keeping an eye on the children having fun on the adventure playground provided.

Outdoor shower and a clothesline is available for your use when returning from a day at the beach.

Just around the corner and to the back of the property (in Fraser Street) is a short path which leads to the premier swimming beach of Queenscliff. (And dog beach a little further - just respect the council's signage)
