This well appointed 2 bedroomed home is situated approx.400 metres from Beach.The modern kitchen extends to a dining room and further to a lounge/living area. Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed, bedroom 2 contains 2 singles, each with a trundle. Exterior features include a timber deck with a modern outdoor setting, BBQ and umbrella. A secure yard plus double carport. 2 Bikes are supplied. Walk to shops, galleries,beach and Swan Bay.
LocalityLocated in historical Queenscliff on the Bellarine Peninsular.Short drive to many golf courses and wineries. Half hour drive to Geelong. Ferry service runs daily from Queenscliff to Portsea and Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsular.
