Four en-suite guest rooms accommodate either singles or couples, each individual room has television, ironing facility, hairdryers, seating with tea and coffee making. A guest lounge is located with bay views and offers wide screen television, DVD, bar fridge and cosy open fire in winter. Great for romantic getaways or small group get-togethers, KiaOra offers classic quality accommodation

Perfectly situated with views across the Bay and only minutes walk from famous fine dining, el fresco cafes, spa centres, galleries, shopping and antiques.

Once home to Pilot John McKenzie and built in the 1860's historic KiaOra has been lovingly renovated, comfortable modern features blend well with the charm of the retained Victorian character. Seating on the heritage clay paved verandah offers a
tranquil view of the Bay.
