"Attention to detail is the key for this house. They have thought of absolutely everything. All 'olde world charm' complimented with modern day conveniences. This house is beautifully decorated, very clean and so close to the centre of town. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything for entertaining. The plasma TV and comfy lounges enhanced our stay and allowed us to 'kick back.' The linen was fresh, white sheets with doonas. At the end of each bed were towels, face washers, conditioner & Belgian chocolates. Off street parking is a bonus. The 'boys' loved the outside beer fridge and dart board! All-in-all a fantastic break. We've already booked again for next year. Very highly recommended. It is expensive, but worth every cent."

"Our stay at Abaleen House was excellent. It started out that way with the personal, but not overbearing or intrusive welcome and introduction to the House, its facilities and the surrounding town of Queenscliff.

The house was well appointed and spotless, with everything we needed for a 4 day stay. It is well positioned in relation to walking around the town and the beaches. We didn't use the car once we arrived until we left and felt it was secure in the off street parking provided.

It fulfilled every promise of the website and probably exceeded them, not always the case with other properties in my experience. "

"Abaleen is a wonderful cottage that has been restored to its original splendour with many modern additions. Beautifully appointed, loads of living area, great outdoor deck,quality fittings throughout. The house is 20 yards to the main St, restaurants etc...
you will not find a better place than this!
