Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds, bath and shower, BBQ, microwave, tv/dvd player and gas log fire

Rooms and rates

Weekends are a 2 night minimum for up to 6 persons for $475 either Friday and Satrday or Saturdaay and Sunday.

Long weekends are a minimum 3 nights a for $675 for up to 6 people.

Easter 4 nights minimum $1000

Melbourne Cup 4 night minimum $900

Midweek from $145 per couple per night. Add $10 per person per night midweek.

Summer Holidays are weekly only with the change over days being on Fridays.$1600. Cheaper rates for off peak.

Linen can be supplied from an extra $25 per couple.

Learmonth St (sleeps 6):

Bookings for Fri/Sat must be for both days.
