Apartment features include:

Centrally located: walking distance to the beach, Bellarine Peninsula Railway station (Blues train & steam train), marine facility / revamped harbour with 32 metre tower (combining a free public observation deck), cosy cafes, galleries, museums, PO, restaurants, shopping, supermarket, and Visitor Information Centre.

Take a ride on the historic Bellarine Peninsula steam train;
Enjoy an evening on the Blues Train;
Relax on the beach;
Walk to the harbour precinct and the Sorrento Ferry;
Visit the Marine Discovery Centre.

With Melbourne just 75 minutes away and Geelong a mere 25, for a relaxing stay this coastal haven (with its history, heritage, marine facility and natural wonders), and the surrounding Bellarine Peninsula, have much to offer with beautiful countryside, cycling, fishing, golf, markets, walks, wineries etc.

Great location:

Centrally located in Hesse Street. Short walk to the Blues Train. Walking distance to the beach, the bowling and croquet clubs, cafes, churches, galleries, harbour, museums, Post Office, restaurants, Tourist Information Centre, and the historic Bellarine Peninsula Railway (which runs between Queenscliff and Drysdale).

Other attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula include golf courses, wineries, the Ferry to Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula and the new Adventure Park at Wallington.

Unit 5 Wyuna, is ideal for a getaway for a weekend, a week or longer.

The unit is located in quiet area just steps away off the main street, with its own car parking bay.

Beach

From the unit Queenscliff beach is approx a 10mins walk, and the Point Lonsdale beach is a short drive (approx 10 mins).

Birdwatching

The unit has brochure information on Swan Bay and its bird life and the Bellarine Tourist Information Centre, located in Hesse Street, is a short distance from the unit. The Marine Discovery Centre, which is located on the highway, has detailed descriptions of local bird and aquatic life and also has a hide overlooking Swan Bay.

Fishing

Queenscliff is popular for fishing and the waterfront is approx a 10-12mins walk from the unit. Brochures on tides and fishing charters are available at the unit, and further information may be obtained from the Bellarine Tourist Information Centre which is located in Hesse Street, just a short distance from the unit.

Golf

Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale have golf courses and contact information is available at the unit. The Bellarine Peninsula has other golf courses and details may be obtained from the local Information Centre which is located in Hesse Street (a short walk from the unit).

Museums and Galleries

A short walk from the unit in Hesse Street are The Salt and Seaview Galleries where wonderful art works are on display and great exhibitions are held frequently. The local Uniting Church has a popular annual art exhibition and some of the artists are in attendance to give demonstrations or be available to discuss their art.

The Bellarine Peninsula has many popular wineries and tours can be arranged in Queenscliff. Brochures are available at the unit and also at the local Information Centre (which is a short walk from the unit).
