Cottage

Only a ten minute drive to the CBD in peak hour traffic. Public transport every 10 min on Prospect Road that is at the end of our street. The northern proximity makes it close to major sporting venues (The Adelaide Cricket oval, Tennis courts) the festival theatre and the Entertainment centre. Prospect is a great shopping area and the home of the North Adelaide football club "go the Roosters"! The cottage is in a tree lined street, a affluent area surrounded by beautiful stone homes that are traditionally SA. The property is surrounded by high fences offering the security and privacy you need for your family and pets.

Property not suitable for children, Tranquil and quiet with no interruptions, Privacy from other guests in living and activity areas.

Private, discreet location for adults to escape their everyday life. The property is surrounded by high, secure, fences offering a closed in double carport that cannot be seen from the street. The main bedroom is set up in a French style that has a very ritzy feel to it offering a flat screen on the wall. Fully contained kitchen is at hand with basic condiments supplied.

Canoeing & Kayaking

Guests welcome to bring their own canoe/kayak, Secure storage facilities available, Less than 5 minutes walk to water.

Location is in direct route (3-4 km) to the Torrens River- Adelaide, where all the rowing clubs are set up and races held throughout the year. The property has a large, secure, double carport to hold boats and trailers.
