Bed & Breakfast

Guests have full use of the ground floor including a comfortable guest room with large screen HD LCD TV, DVD's, ipod docking/micro system with CD player, games and books. Choose from a double room with lovely views over Lake Preston, or a queen bedroom adjacent to the guest lounge. You will have complete privacy as we only book both rooms when couples are travelling together. Enjoy a sumptuous cooked breakfast or continental of your choice served in the upstairs dining room with ocean and lake views. Complimentary port and chocolates served in the evening. The guest lounge opens onto the front verandah where you will find a comfortable outdoor setting. If you sit quietly at sundown you may spot our resident Quenda as he emerges from the garden to forage for food.

Locality

Preston Beach is located in the Peel Region of WA between the Yalgorup National Park and the Indian Ocean 45 km south of Mandurah and 45 km north of Bunbury. Walk the many forest trails or the Lake Preston trail. Visit the thrombolites of Lake Clifton, swim, fish, play golf, visit local wineries or the Old Coast Brewery or just relax and enjoy the easy pace of Tippytop. You'll find Preston Beach the perfect location for day drives into the Ferguson Valley, Peel region and Margaret River.
