Jolimi ('Jollymee') house is a brick and iron house only three years old, its fully self contained within walking distance of the beach, the town shop and backs onto the 8th hole of the Preston Beach golf course. Jolimi Beach House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12. It offers a well-appointed kitchen, two living areas that provide separate relaxation spaces for adults and children or provide enough room for multiple families. Facilities include 3 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 double bunks. The house has two TVs, a DVD player with DVDs, reverse cycle air conditioning, and an outdoor shower. An outdoor entertainment area looks out to the natural bushland setting including occasional visits from the many local kangaroos. Preston Beach is a little country sea side town nestled alongside Yalgorup National Park only ninety minutes from Perth and thirty minutes from both Mandurah and Bunbury boasting beautiful beaches and great fishing.

Locality

Preston Beach is situated in the South West of WA about 90 minutes from Perth and 30 minutes from one of Western Australia's largest cities - Bunbury.

Excellent beaches for swimming and fishing with beach 4WD permitted and beautiful sunsets.

Wineries are within a fifteen minute drive and the world famous Margaret River Wine Region is a little over an hours drive away.

Preston Beach borders the Yalgorup National Park which protects a chain of 10 natural lakes that provide significant sanctuary for waterbirds and offers pleasant bush walks.
