Holiday unit

This superbly appointed, freshly renovated unit offers comfort and relaxation perfectly suited to a couple or a small family looking for a retreat from day to day life. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with two sets of bunks. (A sofa bed in the lounge provides another option. The maximum number of guests is restricted to six). You'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen, sparkling bathroom and laundry and everything you need for a comfortable holiday break.
A beautifully furnished outdoor area provides all year outdoor living with gas BBQ and views across the Preston Beach Golf Course where kangaroos graze all day.

Locality

Preston Beach is situated at the gateway to the South West. Easy driving distance to many attractions from Mandurah to Margaret River and everything in between. Visit local wineries, walk in the Yalgorup Park, do lunch at the Dawesville Cut, spend the day in the Ferguson Valley. Swim and fish at the local beach or just relax and enjoy everything this property has to offer. Walk to the beach in 10 minutes or drive in 2-3 minutes.
