Nestled amongst the peppermint trees in a secluded cu-de-sac, just perfect for a quiet weekend getaway, a relaxing holiday or a romantic honeymoon destination.

This brand new self-cater holiday home has been beautifully appointed with modern furnishings, quality appliances and luxury linen and is the perfect place to get away from it all.

The upper level offers three bedrooms (fans in all bedrooms) all with top quality mattresses and beautiful linen, two bathrooms and laundry. Relax or entertain in the large air conditioned open plan living area on the lower level where you will enjoy exploring the gourmet kitchen, relaxing in deep leather lounges and admiring sweeping bushland views.

Locality

Preston Beach is situated at the gateway to the South West. Easy driving distance to many attractions from Mandurah to Margaret River and everything in between. Visit local wineries, walk in the Yalgorup Park, do lunch at the Dawesville Cut, spend the day in the Ferguson Valley. Swim and fish at the local beach or just relax and enjoy everything this property has to offer. Walk to the beach via the golf course in 10 minutes or drive in 2-3 minutes.

This property is a brand new, modern holiday home with polished floors in the living area and quality furnishings throughout. The main bedroom and second bedroom have queen size beds. Bedroom three is equipped with two king size singles. Perfect for a honeymoon couple or up to six adults. The gourmet kitchen is a foodies paradise with every luxury item you can imagine. Switch on Foxtel and switch off to the world. Sink into the leather couches and read your favorite book. We want to your to have a thoroughly relaxing break at 16 Hideaway Vale. Please note - air conditioning is located in the main living area.
