Holiday house

Let yourself fall under the spell of the ocean breeze as you while away the hours in this beautifully appointed modern cedar beach house. Enjoy uninterrupted balcony views across Preston Beach Golf Course and pristine coastal dunes all the way to the ocean horizon.

Each room is thoughtfully decorated in neutral driftwood and shell tones. Furniture has been carefully chosen to reflect the casual ambience of the beachside setting.

The well equipped kitchen is a delight to any home chef and is fully equipped with everything you will need.

Three bedrooms boast quality mattresses, doonas and pillows so you will sleep in comfort, just bring your bed linen and towels with you.

Locality

Preston Beach is situated at the gateway to the South West. Easy driving distance to many attractions from Mandurah to Margaret River and everything in between. Visit local wineries, walk in the Yalgorup Park, do lunch at the Dawesville Cut, spend the day in the Ferguson Valley. Swim and fish at the local beach or just relax and enjoy everything this property has to offer. Walk to the beach via the golf course in 10 minutes or drive in 2-3 minutes

3 Bedrooms incl, 2 queen beds, 1 double bunk and 1 single. Fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 wc, laundry with washer and dryer, Open living lounge and dining. Large balcony with outdoor setting. Undercroft parking. Access to house is via external stairs. Sorry ,not suitable for a disabled person.
