Holiday house

All accommodation and living is located on upstairs on one level in this modern beach house. Fully furnished with open plan spaces, this holiday home provides the perfect venue for a relaxing holiday. Safe for children all ages.

Fully furnished and equipped including crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots & pans, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer, iron, ironing board, TV, pillows, doonas with covers, and gas BBQ. Also includes folding bed, portable cot and high chair. Bring your own towels, sheets and pillow slips. N.B. No bedding supplied for folding bed or porta-cot. (more pictures)

Locality

Preston Beach is a small seaside village just over an hour from the city via the Forest Highway. Situated half way between Mandurah and Bunbury.
•Preston Beach is a place for all seasons. Fish, swim or drive your 4x4 on our pristine white sand beach. (two wheel motorbikes and quad bikes are banned from the beach). Please view Shire of Waroona information leaflet Do's and Dont's
•Play a round of golf on the 9 hole country course with synthetic greens. Leave your green fees in the honour box.
•Free BBQ's, picnic shelters and a childrens playground in a well maintained lawn setting at the local beach car park.
•Take the 2km return lakeside walking trail and discover our local wildlife or just walk to the beach.

Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach.

Beautiful Preston Beach is just a minutes away by car or a pleasant 15 min walk. Suitable for surf fishing, long leisurely walks, 4WD drive access, swimming and sunbathing. (Please note their are no surf lifesaving patrols on this beach so take particular care if you are not a strong swimmer.)

Yalgorup National Park boundary is on the east side of Lake Preston which is a RAMSAR listed wetland area and feeding grounds to many migratory birds. Local wildlife abounds in the area particular kangaroos

Golf

Golf course located nearby.

Preston Beach Golf Club 1st tee is approx 6-8 min walk and the 3rd tee passes the house just 50 metres away. Fees are paid in the honour box and local club hire is available.
