Charming and roomy 2 bedroom house City fringe 10K's North from CBD. Sleeps up to 5, fully appointed with bedding and all cooking facilities. Large lounge adjoins roomy Kitchen/Meals area. Evaporative cooling and Gas log fire. Off street parking for 2 cars, Secluded rear garden. Possibly the best value family accommodation in Melbourne. Easy access to freeways makes this an ideal base to explore Melbourne and Victoria. Typical drive times are CBD 15 Min, Ballarat 1.5 hrs, Geelong and surfcoast 1.5 hrs **Get in early as popular dates book out quickly

Locality

Preston: often forgotten but is very handy to Melbourne. Close enough to drive/tram or train easily.
Yet far enough for easy parking and quiet suburban streets.
Easy access to freeways to Geelong,
North to Benella and East to the Dandenongs. Preston market is famous for good food and other bargains.

Property

Dont be fooled by the Photo's, larger than it appears. Heaps better than a motel but at the same cost, plus the privacy of your own space. No other cars coming in to park late at night or noisy crowds staggering back from the pub slamming doors and yelling. Off the main roads so you wont get woken up at 6am when the traffic starts to build.
