Holiday house

This fully self-contained holiday home comprising of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large modern open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening out to a peaceful outdoor entertaining area offering families or groups all they need for a relaxed enjoyable stay away from home. Bedroom 1 offers a Queen bed and LCD T.V with built in robes, Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds and built in robes, Bedroom 3 with Queen bed, ensuite and wardrobe, Bedroom 4 Double sofa bed.

Locality

Located in Melbourne's inner North you will find yourself spoilt for choice for things to do on your next holiday.

If it's the experience of Melbourne's cafe and restaurant life you're after, a 5 minute walk will get you on a tram down to funky Brunswick St Fitzroy, or jump on the train and head up to the unique and creative High St, Northcote. When night time hits you will find an impressive selection from Melbourne's live music scene on any night of the week at one of the many popular bars along these happening streets. A short car ride will have you at Melbourne's famous "Little Italy" on Lygon St, Carlton in under 15 mins.

Melbourne's CBD is only a 25 min train ride and you will be in the Heart of its entertainment and sporting precincts. A cab ride for under $30 will find you home after an evening of wining and dining in the city.

If it's shopping you're after you won't know where to start with the many shopping venues located within easy access from this property including the DFO's in the City and Essendon and a number of major shopping centres are within 20mins away.
