Holiday house

Pottsville Luxury Villa is a 3 bedroom home which comfortably sleeps 6 maximum of adults + 2 children or 4 adults and 4 children.

It consists of two large bedrooms downstairs, one offering 1 queen size bed and opening onto a private patio and grass courtyard. The other large bedroom offers 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

There are fans in every room of the house and outdoor living area and airconditioning in the living/kitchen area.

Upstairs you'll find the spacious master bedroom retreat with king size bed, which offers an open plan luxury spa bath with Bisazza tile features and private balcony with seating for two. Enjoy a glass of champagne chilled from the master suites own minibar on the balcony, while listening to the ocean waves or the sounds of the local birdlife.

Cook up a storm in the kitchen which offers a 4 metre island benchtop, gas 6 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and 24 bottle wine fridge.

Take a dip in the swimming pool which extends from the outdoor living area and wraps around the exterior of the living room where it can be viewed from the living room and kitchen. It features a tranquil cascade of water and is always fresh and cool ....a great relief from a warm day at the beach or creek. After a surf enjoy a warm outdoor shower in the private lawned courtyard area adjacent to the pool.

Only 20 steps from the shoreline of Mooball Creek, you'll enjoy a swim, fish, float or kayak. The beach is only a short stroll, or quick bike ride away. Kayaks and bicycles are available. Fish for whiting or flathead in the creek or catch a mudcrab.

Minimum 2 night accomodation during non peak periods, Minimum 7 nights for Christmas & Easter, Minimum 3 nights for mid year school holiday periods.

Locality

Just 25 minutes north of Byron Bay and 25 minutes south of the Gold Coast airport, Pottsville Beach is a quaint coastal village offering several wonderful restaurants and cafes, pristine waters of the Mooball Creek and the unspoilt shoreline of Pottsville Beach. Only a short drive to Mt. Warning and Border Range World Heritage Park, Coollangatta Airport and the Gold Coast.
