If you just want to laze around and enjoy a family holiday, this is the perfect place. Enjoy ocean views from this east facing townhouse balcony. Just relax and listen to the waves as you sleep.

This modern townhouse is beautifully appointed with all the comforts you could possibly need, complete with air conditioning for those hot and cold days. If you find stairs tiresome there is a separate toilet downstairs.

Pets are welcome upon application.

There is a great deck directly off the lounge room, with lovely outdoor setting and umbrella, it's like an extra room. Another outdoor undercover/waterproof area is found off the dining room complete with electric BBQ.

For those covered in sand from the beach enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off!

There is great fishing to be had off the estuary rock wall or Black Rocks which is a short walk.

Come and enjoy. We are sure you will love Pottsville as much as we do.

Locality

Our townhouse is in a quiet court and the surf beach for swimming is directly across the road, with an estuary just 200m away for those who don't like the surf.

You are in walking distance of the local Bowls Club which has meals and plenty of entertainment. If you just want takeaways there are several to choose from in the main street, which is a short walk also. There is also a local hotel just a two minute drive away.

There are tennis courts for hire, a large oval to kick the footy around or play cricket and a brand new children's playground complete with BBQ's.

The nearest major shopping centre is at Tweed Heads a 20 minute drive north. Drive 30 minutes south and find yourself in delightful Byron Bay.
