Situated in sleepy Pottsville Beach this East facing townhouse with beach access straight across the road is waiting for you. It has 3 bedrooms, with all modern luxuries but still with that old beach house character.
All bedrooms are upstairs, 2 of which have access to the verandah. Downstairs is a great open plan, new kitchen with dishwasher, T.V, DVD & stereo.
It is in a complex of 2 in a quiet street with a single lock-up garage, fully fenced yard with a great outdoor area and off street parking.
Well behaved small - medium dog welcome on application.

Locality

Situated in the prime position in Pottsville with more than just the beach for your pleasure. Stroll along the beach to the Estuary great for swimming and fishing and especially for the kids. The bowls club and nature walks are only minutes from home. If you are feeling energetic there are tennis courts for hire in town.

Property

There is a Queen size bed in master bedroom, Double bed in 2nd bedroom, Double bed with a single bunk overhead in the 3rd bedroom. No linen or towels provided.
