Situated in sleepy Pottsville Beach this East facing townhouse with beach access straight across the road is waiting for you. It has 3 bedrooms, with all modern luxuries but still with that old beach house character.
All bedrooms are upstairs, 2 of which have access to the verandah. Downstairs is a great open plan, new kitchen with dishwasher, T.V, DVD & stereo.
It is in a complex of 2 in a quiet street with a single lock-up garage, fully fenced yard with a great outdoor area and off street parking
