Holiday house

The Bedrooms

There are four generous bedrooms. All new beds and mattresses and various pillows. Main room has a Queen, second room has a king, "kids room" has two king singles with 2 trundle beds and the Guest room has two queen size beds (with a 42 inch LCD screen and DVD)

The living room
There is a modular leather sofa and chairs overlooking the verdant valley with a large LCD Television and DVD. The room is spacious with windows facing north to the valley and also onto the garden and pool.

The kitchen
Well equipped with a central work bench allowing many hands to make light work - you are on holiday after all! The dining table will seat 12 people inside or dine alfresco at the outside table with a BBQ handy. There is a nespresso machine for that great cup of coffee in the morning.

Facilities
There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. New washing machine and dryer along with all the usual mod cons. There is a telephone available for use.

The Pool
A gorgeous pebble-creted pool complete with its own waterfall cascading down the hill. The pool is solar heated with the roof facing north. There is ample room to lounge around on the surrounding wooden deck and relax or eat next to the pool and gardens.

The Creek
At the bottom of the property is Possum Creek. This flows all year round and has a number of swimming holes. Walk quietly and you will find the platypus!

The Wildlife
We have 2 resident Koalas (torches always on charge!). There are cattle grazing across the property with wallabies popping by to say g'day. A huge array of birds including king parrots and black cockatoos frequent the valley and platypus swim in the creek.

BangaloW (5 mins)
This is one of the most beautiful towns in Australia. Full of Cafes, restaurants small boutique shops and the local pub! There are many music and comedy festivals on and the locals are very friendly. A great place to wander.

Byron Bay (15 mins)
Byron is full of life and whatever you want is there from a healthy walk up to the lighthouse to a run and a swim at main beach or surfing the pass with the dolphins. A plethora of healthy food options are available and music abounds.

Markets
Byron (1st Sunday) and Bangalow (4th Sunday) are famous for their markets – a vast array of local products, music and food. The farmers markets can also provide all your food from the local environment.
