Cottage, Holiday house

Right in the heart of beautiful Portsea!
A cosy, warm beach house with large open fire place and efficient wall heater that will heat all the main house and main bedroom.
There are both northerly and rear decks for BBQs and alfresco entertaining. Three comfortable bedrooms,two 'new' bathrooms with separate loo and laundry facilities.
Enclosed back garden and garage.
New oven and cooktop, BBQ, CD, DVD, wall heater.
Walk to Portsea beaches,pub and shops.

Tenants always love it here. They are pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and love the 'easy living' atmosphere of the house.
They also feel they have had very good value for money in such a wonderful location.

Portsea

Portsea is surprisingly quiet nearly all year round. You will see a variety of bird life and discover many different walking trails along both back and front beaches.
There are very few shops as locals want to keep it that way!
Beaches are sometimes hidden but worth finding!
Golf, Scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, fishing, tennis are just some of the popular sports here.
Sorrento is the shopping hub and just a 3 min drive away.
