A five minute walk to Portsea front beach and shops and a 20 minutewalk to the famous portsea back beach.

Cottage

Lovely and Original fisherman's cottage recently updated to complement it's authentic style. 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two bunks and second T.V, sleeping 8 in total (or 9 with baby). Porta cot and high-chair available. Cosy lounge with open fireplace. Split system aircon/heater. TV, DVD, VCR, stereo/CD. Quality DVDs and videos available for children & adults. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with bath/shower. Separate toilet and an outside laundry. Small but sunny dining room seating 8 leading to open deck with BBQ and table setting for 8. Front covered verandah with seating for 8. Large, fully-fenced garden & lawn area with swing set for the littlies. Pets considered on a case by case basis. SORRY NO SCHOOLIES

This enchanting beach cottage will delight the whole family. Beautifully furnished with polished floors throughout and romantic open fire if the weather turns cold. The added luxury of an open sunny deck or covered veranda means you can entertain in all weather.
Children will love the large fully fenced garden with swing set and the Portsea Oval (viewed from rear deck) is a stunning Portsea secret ideal for the active family. Free tennis courts adjion the oval with no booking required.
