Situated directly next to the Portsea Oval, 600m walk to the bay and shops and 1km to surf beach. Original fisherman's cottage recently renovated and freshly painted. 3 large bedrooms each with queen/double beds & 1 with two bunks and second T.V, sleeping 8 in total (or 9 with baby). Baby cot and high-chair available. Lounge with open fireplace. Split system aircon/heater. TV, DVD, VCR, stereo/CD. DVDs and videaos available for children & adults. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with bath/shower. Separate toilet & laundry. Sunny dining room seating 8 leading to open deck with BBQ and table setting for 8. Front covered verandah with seating for 8. Large, fully-fenced garden & lawn area with swing set. Pets considered.
