This Portsea beach house is located in an ideal location, 5-10min walk to; the Portsea front beach, The Portsea Hotel and Portsea main street. It is a short drive or even a walk to the Portsea back beach and is 5mins to Sorrento main street by car. It is situated in a tranquil and private Portsea street with plenty of room to park. The house itself is modern with the interior designed and decorated with modern dcor. Throughout the house is polished wooden floorboards, all new facilities and all details of rooms designed and chosen with both creative and modern taste. There is plenty of room and can sleep comfortably up to 7 people. Outside can be enjoyed with an outdoor entertaining area and clean and family-friendly backyard. Peak season is during the Summer months but the house is also a great Winter stay.
Please note: pets are not allowed, you are encouraged to bring your own bed linen and towels.

*3 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 1 double, 3 singles). All bedrooms are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioners, cupboards for storage and side tables.
*2 toilets and 1 large bathroom.
*Fully equipped kitchen; large refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Cooking utensils and pots and pans, all cutlery and serving materials included.
*2 lounges; both lounges with comfortable sitting areas, flat screen televisions, one with DVDvideo player, one with heater and both with reverse cycle air conditioners.
*Dining area: fitted with reverse cycle air conditioner.
*Laundry equipped with washing machine, dryer and washing basin.
*Courtyard: with outdoor BBQ, dining set and large umbrella.
*Backyard: neat and family-friendly garden, large hedges and trees for privacy.
