The Bayplay Beach Retreat consists of 6 Bedrooms with a range of bunks and Queen Beds. Linen and bedding is provided. BYO Towels
Sleeps up to 24. Located upstairs and parking is in the public carparks in Portsea.

Facilities include: self-contained kitchen, large lounge/dining area, Deck with BBQ, TV, DVD, CD player, heating, cooling, linen and bedding. BYO towels. Entrance via Side Door.

My family and I had such a great time at Bayplay Beach Apartments, everything was at our fingertips from the beach to the Portsea Hotel and even a kayak and snorkel tour. I did'nt drive the car once all weekend!

The Bayplay Beach Apartments are located in Portsea on the Mornington Peninsula.

During your stay you may like to join one of Bayplays Adventure Tours including Dive and Snorkel Tours with Sea Dragons, Kayaking, Dolphin Swims and horse riding.

The area is also famous for its premier golf courses, vineyards and natural hot springs.
