The open-plan house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 living spaces. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. A second bathroom has a separate toilet. There is a third shower in the large laundry. The second living zone can also be configured into a 4th sleeping area. There is a spacious kitchen with adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas. The house is light and sunny with treed outlooks and a spacious feel.

Enjoy the Mornington Peninsular, the Bellarine Peninsular and the Great Ocean Road area. A short drive takes you to the Portsea surf beach and Pt. Nepean's coastal walking tracks, historic fort and quarantine precinct near Port Phillip Bay Heads. There are delightful vineyards for wine tasting at Red Hill and Main Ridge in the hinterland. Enjoy diving, dolphin and seal spotting in the Bay. It is also a few minutes drive to Sorrento's wonderful cafes and restaurants, hotels and up-market shops. Sorrento car ferry provides access across the Port Phillip Bay Heads to historic Queenscliff and the Bellarine Peninsular with the choice to continue driving on to the Great Ocean Road.
