Cottage, Holiday house

Quaint historic cottage, chandeliers, quality furnishings, floor boards throughout, pressed metal walls, bright and cosy. Two Queen sized beds, quality mattresses and one single bed. Private and secure courtyard, lovely for a BBQ, safe and private. Off Street parking for 2 cars and small boat. Larger boats may be kept at a rural property by negotiation. Central heating, very cosy and warm. Walking distance to everything, Cinema, shops, beaches, lagoon walks, heated pool and much more. Boat ramp nearby.

Inn Hurd has operated as holiday accommodation for approximately 4 years. All comments have been positive, commenting on how comfortable the house is, love the location, and we have had return guests. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, tidy and comfortable accommodation.

Locality

Inn Hurd is located in the CBD easy walk to supermarkets, shops, cafes, beaches, playground and heated indoor and outdoor pool.
Boat ramp nearby. Room for small boats and garge boats can be stored at nearby rural property.
There is a Lagoon nearby for the bird enthusiast, once again walking distance.
Portland is also famous for the Great South West Walk.
Blue Whales frequent our waters.
Portland is also known for its deep sea Port, with a variety of ships visiting.
Well known for its fishing, and game fishing eg Blue fin Tuna.
We also have wonderful surfing beaches, and the famous Bridgewater beach. Very scenic and the seals tours.
And lastly Portland is Victorias first permanent settlement, featuring many historic buildings.....We have the lot!
