The house is located in a quiet family court and a short stroll to the beach and local store. Three bedrooms and a bungalow sleep 10 comfortably. The back yard is fully enclosed with children's trampoline. Everything is supplied for a relaxing stay!

"We were able to take our puppy. There is plenty of beds and we didnt have to take our own linen. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cutlery, and everything worked. Great house close to beach and shop, nice big front and backyard for the kids to play in. We recommend this property and the owners are very nice and respond to emails etc promptly."

"A really lovely place, everyone felt comfortable and at home from the moment we walked in. Has lots of beds but you must be prepared to share rooms if there are more than 3 people/couples. The beach was an easy walk away and perfect for kids and safe swimming. A bargain, would definitely stay again."

"House suited us perfectly for the weekend. With six of us adults + one little boy there was plenty of room. Facilities were great for the couple of nights that we stayed but if we'd had a larger group of us or stayed for any longer than an extra shower would probably have been needed....but otherwise fantastic place!Great value, nice clean & tidy home & everything supplied that was needed. Even some toys for my little boy to play with...he loved the little chairs!!"

"Our stay was fantastic!

- great size; spacious, there were 10 of us on average with a few drop-ins and the house was plenty big enough!
- kitchen facilities were fantastic - it was fitted out really well with both utensils and basics (tea coffee sugar etc)
- All bed's comfortable and bedrooms good size.
- the living areas were great too.
- the neighbours were good too, willing to help out when we needed to borrow tools for one of the cars

Honestly, if you're after a big flash place with modern 5star fit-out, this isn't it.
BUT if you just want somewhere to crash for a week, kick back, relax and have a ball - i highly recommend Brunswick by the Bay.

The two nearest supermarkets are 5-10 minutes either way from the place and there's not much locally to do if you're after that. That said it's maybe 40 minutes to Geelong - quite a pleasant drive. And about 20 minutes to a slightly larger area with a big supermarket, bottleshop, take-away, video store etc.
I highly recommend this place, basically - a really great laidback holiday!"
