Our Holiday House is located in a quiet street in the centre of Port Vincent. It is a comfortable walk from the swimming Beach and the local town shops and Cafe.
There is seperate toilet to the shower and also a bath if you want to relax.
The Lounge contains an Air Conditioner and Slow Combustion heater. There are also 2 Pedestal Fans for the bedrooms.
There is new 68cm Colour TV, Video and DVD player with Surround Sound Speakers and a small selection of DVD's.
For the kids we have an XBOX with heaps of pre-loaded games that is connected up to the TV.
Kitchen is all electric with a Brand New 360 Litre Fridge Freezer.
Laundry has wash sink and a 4KG Automatic Washing machine
The rear Decking has plenty of space for lunch or tea with the 5 Burner 3 plate Gas BBQ.
It can also be used for a play area as it fully fenced and 3/4 of it is sheltered.
LocalityPort Vincent has a population of 480 people and is very popular Holiday destination being only 2 hours drive from Adelaide.
There is a local Hotel with reasonable priced meals and a Beachfront Fish and Chip Cafe.
Great coffee and a wonderful tea garden can be found in the Chill Out Cafe in Main st.
The shopping is suitable for most of your day to day needs or a short drive of 20min will find you in Minlaton, which is a larger Township located in the centre of Yorke Peninsula. PropertyOctober 2007. Tree Planting has commenced and now are a number of trees in the back and front yards. Timer watering system should keep them growing well.

We are planning to do the following in the next 12 to 18 months. Completion date being December 2008.
Securely fence off the back yard and lower part of rear Verandah to give a safe children's play area.
Fit a Carport to the front of the house.
We welcome any feedback from Tenants regarding our plans and idea's as we want you to be able to enjoy your holiday break as much as we do.
The latest photo's have been done with a special Digital Camera to give you a view of the whole room.
Please note that Tenants are required to clean the House prior to departure.
There are cleaning products and mops etc provided.
We can provide a Cleaner to do this for you at a cost of $40.

Rooms
3 Bedrooms, 2 have Queens beds and 2 single beds in the other. The main Bedroom has a single bed as well for parents of small children and space for a portable cot. (see photos)
There is also a Futon in the Lounge that can be used for sleeping.
Pillows and blankets are provided but you need your own bed linen.
Minimum booking length is 2 nights.
School Holidays have minimum of 4 nights and Long Weekends have a minimum of 3 nights except for Easter which is 4 nights.
Fee for all the above times is $130 per night. All other times is $80 per night.
A deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking and balance is due 2 weeks before your Holiday Dates.
Please allow time for cheque clearances or for Direct Deposits to be credited.
Deposit will be refunded once house had been checked and found to be clean and ready for next tenants.
